Most of my paintings are of horses. They are my most pronounced inspiration. Horses themselves are creative beings. They are some of the most fluid, spiritual creatures, and yet they also embody superior power and strength. They inspire an appreciation of the elemental shapes found in nature, and that, I find is what comes out in my painting. I aspire to capture and portray the elegant, yet simplistic mastery of design in these amazing animals, while also culling their dynamic spirit and energy.

All of these paintings are acrylic on paper, unless otherwise labeled. The sizes presented are approximations, based on what I would recommend for matting and framing. None of these paintings are matted or framed.
