I will ride a desert pony
in my old age

even in the moonlight
at the closing of the day

while the shadows chase before me
from the lowering of the sun

I'll feel a warming wind
blow gray hair from off my face

and I'll sing with a grateful voice
for the joy of a quickened dream

I do expect to post a lot of my writing to this site. It will include stories, poetry and perhaps my perspective on some of the world events, conditions, situations, anomalies, oddities, realities and tragedies. Where my art tends to be more simplistic and sometimes whimsical, my writing seems to reflect a darker side, with the exception of the upcoming Little Black Colt stories. Oh, and then my children's stories, oh, and my children's poetry, oh, and, no, that's about it.
